I was involved in a serious automobile accident. It included severe damage to my  liver, broken bones, and other injuries. After 9 months of  treatment,  I returned to work and noticed I had trouble concentrating and had brain foggy (fuzzy thinking). Patient has osteoarthritis in his shoulders and arthritis in his knees. His movement was limited and painful. Reaching overhead caused pain and changing his position at night would wake him.
